Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
